Privacy Policy
Effective date:
Creditorro provides software for debt collection and account workflow management. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including information received through Google sign-in or other Google API integrations, and how we access, use, store, share, and delete that information.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, account details, support messages, billing or subscription details, and records you create or upload while using Creditorro.
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google service, we may receive the Google account information and Google user data that you explicitly authorize through the OAuth consent screen, such as your basic profile information, email address, and other Google Workspace data covered by the scopes you approve.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, log data, and security events.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate Creditorro, authenticate users, support account access, power requested product features, maintain security, communicate with you, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Google user data is used only for the user-facing features you request and authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or lending eligibility, and do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, or operate Creditorro, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Creditorro, our users, or others.
We do not sell Google user data or share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide the service you requested, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with required notice and consent where applicable.
Human access to Google user data is restricted and permitted only when necessary for support you request, security investigations, legal compliance, or other reasons allowed under applicable Google policies and law.
Storage, Security, and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, meet contractual commitments, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@creditorro.com. If you connected your Google account, you may also revoke Creditorro's access in your Google account permissions settings.
If you ask us to delete your data, we will honor the request subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations that require continued retention.
Google API Services Disclosure
Creditorro's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change to how we use Google user data or other personal information, we will update this page and, where required, ask for renewed consent before using data in a materially different way.
